Below you will find information about the recent and up-coming events for Finnish members

Nova100 has several types of events. You can read about them below.

Nova100 PartnerEvents

Nova100's partner events always involve interactivity. Both the company and the Nova100 members will benefit from our events. Usually an event will include one of the following:

- a case based assignment, that is the participants will be split into small groups and given a problem to solve. This problem (or better put, this challenge) will be an actual challenge taken from the company, so it is a real task that the participants will have to solve, or at least try to solve.

- a discussion. Perhaps the company has some insight into a special topic that they would like to introduce to Nova100's members. Usually such presentations lead to interactive discussions, once the members ask questions and relate the topic to their studies and theories that they know. Topics could e.g. be "Management Consulting in the Financial Crisis" or "How to deal with development of Talents"

- speed dating. Which does not involve dating, but where you briefly meet several employees from the company. You will have approximately four minutes with each employee, and you can ask them anything you want.

Nova100 SocialEvents

Being part of a career network is not all about meeting various companies. A great part of networking evolves around getting to know other people. People that might study something completely different than you do, and people who know other people that might have knowledge which you can benefit from. At our social events, we usually meet in a café where the first drink will be paid by Nova100. Members can meet each other in an informal setting, and can bring their friends. This is a good way to let the network grow.
